About Our Jewelry

Each piece is crafted from start to end just for you. Our pendants and charms are cut out of sheet metal, sanded and polished by hand.  Each letter is hand-stamped individually, these are NOT machine engraved. Letters will not be perfect, and that lets you know it was made just for you! Minor metal imperfections and variations in letter and word spacing are not defects and instead add to the hand-made feel of the piece. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping of your special order.

Can I have something on the back of the charm?

No. Because the letters are each applied by hand,and not machine engraved, you cannot stamp on the back.

Shipping
 
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5. Express Shipping is available upon request, please contact us about Rush shipping options.
 
International Shipping is available. We ship only USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to Canada is $25 and other countries is $30. This will provide tracking.

*A note about international shipping: We happily ship internationally. We use USPS Priority Mail or occasionally UPS. Both are very reliable international shippers. However, with international shipping, we have no control over how quickly your item gets to you. The actual shipping normally takes 5-7  days but individual countries may hold items in customs for additional days or weeks. This is beyond our control. We will not mark your package "gift" as that is a violation of federal and international law.  Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will it take?

Average shipping time is 4 weeks. (Shipping times may sometimes be delayed during peak holiday seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.) Rush orders can usually be accomodated, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm.

Rush shipping is available for an extra fee. The $40 RUSH fee will have your order out leaving the studio in 5 business days unless other arrangements have been made. For domestic orders, the RUSH fee includes USPS Express shipping.
 
Packaging
All items arrive boxed and ready to gift. 
 
Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Each piece is custom created for you, therefore, cannot be returned.

In the case of artist error, the piece will be recreated or repaired free of charge as needed.

Letter spacing and variations are not defects and are not returnable. We photo every order and reserve the right to judge our own quality.

If there is no error, and you are simply dissatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep.

In the case of client error, there may be a nominal fee to correct.

Chains are guaranteed not to break for 30 days from receipt of your necklace.  If your chain breaks within 30 days, email us for the return address. After that replacement chains may be purchased.

About backorders/ Out of stocks

Some pieces are occasionally subject to backorders that are beyond our control. We do everything in our power to prevent this from occuring, but it can happen. Thank you for understanding.
